Aaron Norris - VP Activities and Events helps to ensure events do not overlap and provide support to organizers when looking at planning aspects of events.

Meaghan McNeil - VP Student Relations helps to ensure that Residence Executive event organizers have planned events that will be inclusive to all members within their house and that house funds are not wasted.

Paul Carey - Director Safety and Security ensures that event organizers have a sound security plan and understand that the safety and security of those attending has to be the number one priority when planning all events.

Colin Brennan - Supervisor of Liquor Services is responsible to uphold the liquor license for the University. Will designate the number of bar staff as well as review the University Policy on Alcohol with the Primary Event Organizer as it pertains to the event.

Bob Hale - Director Ancillary Services is appointed to offer assistance when events are planned in other buildings such as the KMC, Morrison Hall, or the Coady.

Sean Ryan - General Manager, Students' Union is there as a representative of the Director, Student Life. The main function is to provide risk management training as it pertains to organizing events. As well as serve as Co-Chair for Event Review Committee meetings.

Colten White & Melissa Burke & Harriet Tinnish - Residence Life Coordinators are appointed to represent the Residence Life Director and Manager. Their primary role is to ensure the safety of the residents in the buildings in which they are responsible for as well make sure that the Residence Life Community Standards are upheld during all stages of the event: planning; promoting; execution and follow up. Decisions on events may be referred to the Director or Manager of Residence Life from time to time.
