Need a quiet space on campus to take appointments with MyVirtualDoctor, or another remote health or counselling service? Office 402 in the Bloomfield Centre is available to you!

Reserve the space up to 1 hour ahead of your appointment* and rest assured you will have a quiet private location to take your appointment. Appointments are available in 15 minute, 30 minute, and 1 hour time blocks. You are also allowed to book multiple blocks back to back for longer appointments if needed.

The Private Virtual Appointment Room is located on the 4th floor of the Bloomfield Centre on StFX’s Campus. To get access to the space you will need to use the code given to you at the time of booking to open the lock box outside the door. Inside the lockbox will be a card with its passcode printed on it, just swipe that card in the door, punch in the code on the card, and the door should unlock momentarily for your to enter before locking again so you won’t be interrupted during your meeting.

The Private Virtual Appointment Room does not have a publically available computer or phone, you will still need to bring your own device to connect to your appointment.
